Well, I heard from Lillian and she confirmed what I thought, it does indeed have a broken tree. Not in just 1 place, but in 2. She is going to talk to her welding guy and see what they can do. I really want it restored because when you are working with such grand (and old) sidesaddles, you do need a back up!
