Awweee! Cute Sidesaddle Gift Tags!
I found these beautiful gift tags on E-bay right before Christmas I believe. Aren't they just lovely? I love plaid too. When I see things like this though, my mind starts to wander and think of all the things that can be made with sidesaddle art!

I love what you did with that wardrobe!
And your post reminded me...I have an antique floor lamp with a very old (much patched) lampshade with foxhunting scenes on it. I was just looking at it the other day and went, "that person is riding sidesaddle! I should take a picture of it and share it!" So I will have to do that tonight. I was toying already with the idea of taking the lamp shade apart (it's just like...cardboard panels on a wire frame) and using the panels to do some kind of art project as someone patched it together with scotch tape and that isn't terribly attractive. I suppose if I found a decent heat-resistant glue, I might be able to put it together more invisibly but the idea of an art project is rather appealing.
I am so curious about your style of riding... How do you not die?
