Bridle Rosettes

Honestly, until I started to take interest in rideing sidesaddle, I never knew about bridle rosettes. If you have never seen them, they are ornamental pieces attached to a bridle or even a show halter, one on each side. These are solid brass.





This is what the back of the Rosette looks like.




















These are very ornamental and with a bit of a Western flair. Ha ha "J" for Julie!

..and here is what you have been waiting for... bridle rosettes with a sidesaddle motif. I found these antiques on e-bay about a year ago.

Oh wow! I love those side saddle ones at the bottom, a near and off-side saddle!! Did you end up buying them on Ebay? I've never seen those here in the UK, only big draft horse ones.

Rosettes are a pretty essential piece of tack for a driving bridle.
