To Be Continued...

next week! I have to go to Oklahoma City for almost a week to cover the Oklahoma Centennial Horse show for Saddle and Bridle Magazine. It is one of my favorite shows, but I cannot take along my lap top this time.

See you next week! Maybe by then my equipment will be here and I can finally take my first lesson aside!

Hey Julie this would be a great networking opportunity for the American Saddlebred ridden aside. Did you ever see the photo in the back of the "old" edition of Helen Crabtree's Equitation book of the Good Hands winner riding sidesaddle? How many people know that riding sidesaddle in appropriate attire is legal? Morgans and Arabians, TWH and MTs all have sidesaddle-specific classes. Wouldn't it be totally cool to have a SS class for SBs perhaps as part of the country pleasure type division? Just a thought. Just think how impossibly elegant a well-turned out sidesaddle rider on an American Saddlebred would be!
