Fancy Hats - Part 3

That cream colored hat in the middle is gorgeous! If you ever want rosettes for a hat let me know, I can probably find something in a color you like at Colonial Williamsburg :)

Well - I know for a fact that the cream colored hat was sold when I found it on the internet...and it was in Austrailia to boot! The feather pins were also sold - an on line antique auction.

The top hat was pretty basic with the addition of the feathers and satin band...I am sure anyone of you guys could do that on your own.

Sadly - my favorite one ...the V shaped hat ..all the information I had on where I found it went into la-la land when my computer crashed a couple of months ago.

Okay, I admit - I am a fashionaholic. I think Im going to attend a clinic for side saddle just to learn how to carry off these darn BEAUTIFUL hats!!!!!

Julie, the 'V' shaped hat is a tri-corner hat of the Colonial Era. I've seen pictures of women wearing them when in Colonial Costumes.
