I just discovered your blog! I've always been fascinated by sidesaddle riding, but at this late date I doubt I'll give it a try. I'll just admire from outside the arena.

I also have an interest in fashion history and fox hunting prints. So I REALLY enjoy all the old prints and other depictions you've discovered of women in historical riding costumes.

I have enough trouble riding in boots and breeches. I can't imagine riding sideways in a corset with yards and yards of heavy fabric.

I like the notecards; funny but the modern ones more than tradiional. But the album--If that is what it is, if it were not pink, it would be mine!!!!
