    I just happened across your journal, I'm so enthralled with your sidesaddle journey!
    I wonder if you've ever seen this

    Its an online re-print of an OLD book written by an awesome horsewoman named Alice Hayes. She ONLY rode sidesaddle, and broke many horses for her husband in Australia and India that way. She loved to hunt and jump aside, and the way she writes is so hilarious now. There are A LOT of really great pictures too.

    I accidentally linked to the chapter on bucking, where she's riding a zebra.. but if you scroll to the top of the page you'll be at the start of the book. :)
